News, new patterns, and videos of the week

Only a few more days before we are headed to Chicago! It’s not too late .. you can still sign up!

CPT Seminar Chicago 2019

You don’t even need to bring anything! All materials required are included. It’s the first seminar to be held overseas. That fact alone makes this very special šŸ™‚

In April I’ll be heading to Bangkok, but the classes are fully booked already. And now Nicole and I are learning Spanish! Of course, we needed a bit of a challenge to motivate us, and that’s why I am already planning a CPT seminar in Madrid, Spain, to be held in July 2020. More details will follow soon!

Many tanglers have gone through with the Inktober challenge: 31 days of tangling – picking up the pen every day is really important! You can make this a daily routine. I highly recommend starting an art journal, if you haven’t already done so. You won’t have the pressure of creating a completed piece of art every day. Use it to practice and play. 10-15 minutes a day is all it takes to keep these little brain cells active and healthy. Challenge yourself to try something new.

As of November 15, when I am back from Chicago, I will start a weekly focus on a particular pattern and CPT technique. Get yourself a nice little journal and join the fun! You can then decide to only do one page per week on that prompt, or apply this to the daily pattern focus. We might be going back and forth, revisiting some of the pages we created. It’s going to be fun! Eventually, you will have a book to flip through like Tricia’s Inktober Journal!

To make it easier to follow the Daily Pattern Focus, I will be posting the patterns a week ahead in this newsletter.

      Hi Roseli!
I found it very hard to keep on top of all the Facebook groups myself. Right now I am in the process of opening a new website that has a similar interface like Facebook but offers a lot more features. Online classes are just one of the many additions. Great minds think alike!
      Hugs!
