What is InkTober? In 2009 Jake Parker started the InkTober challenge to improve his inking skills. 31 days – 31 prompts. Artists all over the world are taking part.

    My first Inktober. Would you share how you are working your patterns? By this I mean individual tile, freeform shape etc. any suggestions or template? Thanks

      We do have a weekly template. One way of participating would be to use the template.

      Any of those work! You can have the pattern be the focus of a creation and create a new thing each day or combine patterns until your tile is full. You can use strings, create mandalas, use templates or where ever your creativity takes you. Just have fun!

    This is awesome! I’m already on day 8 but am not a huge fan of the official prompts, so I’ve been doing some, but most just tangling! So I’m glad there’s a tangle list, I’ll definitely try it! @rockincooksart
